Rooted in auriculotherapy principles, The Focus Edit targets specific ear acupressure points traditionally associated with concentration and mental regulation. 2. Apply to clean, dry skin on the ear, targeting the focus points indicated on your placement guide.

3. Press firmly for 10–20 seconds to secure the heat activated adhesion and stimulate the focus point.

4. Apply as few or as many seeds as desired in a single session, based on your focus needs.

5. Stimulate gently throughout the day by applying light pressure when you need renewed clarity or concentration.

6. Wear for up to 48 hours. Safe to wear during daily activities. Avoid wet environments for best adhesion.
